The Consolidated Real Property Index (CRPI) has a Pending Documents list for documents that have been accepted for recording but have not been indexed for the temporary or permanent index.
To see a list of these documents, click the Pending Documents tab at the top of the search page.
NOTE: The First Grantor information may be incorrect and changed when indexed by Wake County Register of Deeds staff.
